The company was founded in 2001 in Poland, focusing on its core business:
sales of metallurgical products from the stock in Gliwice
The company activity was limited to selling only one product from stock
which excluded the possibility of expansion on the Polish market, taking into account the fact that competition was established in Poland many years earlier.
Starting from 2003 there have been beneficial changes in the profile and range of the company-from local to nationwide and finally to the european one.
Steel product range was extended substantially together with rapid increase of sales from stock.

The next step in futher expansion of our voestalpine Stahlhandel Group was take-over by Złomrex of 74,9% of shares. Złomrex has now become a market leader in Central and Eastern Europe. Złomrex approval of our expansion strategy results in opening of extra 6800m2 stock area.
Our stocks are equipped with modern electromagnetic cranes of Voith Austria origin and they all have modern Navision stocking computer program.
We have also Kaltenbach bandsawing machine designed to cut to beams and profiles on fix length.
We offer fix length up to 24M for all our customers.
The stock is equipped with binding devices for all our long products, which improves loading and unloading procedure by our customers, hence shorten time necessary for steel deliveries.
Our company deals with sales of hot-roled profiles of V&M origin.
6,000 tons of hot rolled profiles are at stock in Vyskov-Czech Republic, from which they are sold by us across Poland.
Our staff keeps improving his skills in order to render better service for our customers, being main asset of our company.
We have implemented in 2005 the highest quality level through ISO 9002 controlled by DNV in order to meet our customers demands.
