The structure of ownership

A new brand COGNOR, a symbol of international Złomrex appeared in the steel distribution of Central Europe of begining of 2009 with previous Polish Centrostal group and Austrian voestalpine Stahlhandel.

Both two steel groups: Centrostal and former voestalpine Stahlhandel are playing leader position in sales of steel in Poland, Austria and 7 other Central and East European countries, which constiture the main strength of Cognor Stahlhandel.
Distribution division started in 2005 by overtaking Centrostal Górnoślaski leader in steel products. The next step was purchase of 74,9% of voestalpine stahlhandel Austria.

 All Polish distribution companies belong to Centrostal Gdańsk where 64% of capital is owned by ZŁOMREX and voestalpine Stahlhandel group belongs to Złomrex Steel Services where Złomrex has 100% ownership.
